real bread.

Here again, sowing words.
He who observes the wind will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap.
As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.
In the morning sow your seed, and at evening withhold not your hand, for you do not know which will prosper, this or that, or whether both alike will be good.
Light is sweet, and it is pleasant for the eyes to see the sun.

-eccl. 11:4-7

My fascination with authentic bread is no secret. What I have just now come to understand is the gift of the Spirit for perceiving authenticity, driven by a passion for integrity. Getting to the root.

Here is good news. Bread is a Good Thing.
"As often as you do this."

These words came as I was nursing my baby to sleep last night. Being always ready to eat a Word, I pursued it but the Spirit wanted it to soak in while I slept I guess because I couldn't find it last night. "so you do not know the work of God who makes everything"
This morning, more words:
"I am the Bread coming from heaven"
"eat my body, drink my blood."
"The Kingdom of heaven is like a woman who took and *hid* leaven in three measures of flour..."
"Your word is like honey."
"Even honey is alive"
"Even bread is alive."
"Listen to Me, and you will eat the richest of fare"
"but by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God" (this affirms my suspicion that baked bread is the shadow of the real bread--the Word becoming flesh)

True leaven as it was originally designed was that the crushing allowed for the Spirit of God (breath/air), after about 3 days to bring to life by what is invisible.

It is no wonder that by deception and disintegration and lack of discernment, bread has been crucified. This is not an Original design problem, this is a disintegration of humanity problem.
It's not about the carbs or the gluten. It is the intentional calling into question of the kindness and perfection of Jesus Christ. The original lie. Satan is redundant.

So today He offered a Word to me that I am excited to share.
As often as you do this.
How often is a body designed to eat? What happens to food ingested?
Multiple times a day. It becomes the living cells that make up you. By Mystery.

Growing up, I didn't have a lot of confrontation with my flesh.  I remember thinking I didn't sin that much. This was because I had a faulty idea of what righteousness looked like. I thought it had to do with appearances.

He told them another parable. "The kingdom of heaven is like leaven that a woman took and hid in three measures of flour, till it was all leavened." matt. 13:33

Yesterday the word hid landed. The appearance of real leaven is exactly like that of flour and water. The activity becomes an effect, from the Life of the Spirit. How revealing is that? The leaven itself doesn't have a look to it. I was talking to my sister-in-law and we mentioned how conditioned we were to think that our holiness was more reflected in our clothing and hair than the words that came from our mouths or the sparkle of joy in the eyes. The reality of leaven is proven by its byproducts--the gases that create volume, evidence of growth and nourishment. "Wisdom is vindicated by her children." You see what leaven does to flour and water. Without the water, the yeast can't make its home (I imagine God and Love as water). Without the flour, there is no food (the Son describes himself in parable as a kernel of wheat) I'm just the jar itself. The leaven is hidden in the air, on the seed. It activates and comes to life after about 3 days. It activates and enlivens the nature of all that surrounds it.

Factory bread does not contain this incredibly wonderful and wise thing. Convenient but poisonous bread is a farce, a pretty and tasty but unsubstantial and toxic matter. I was reading about grain extrusion. The idols are pleasure and control, both in commercial yeast and modern wheat manipulation. The beauty of all that God does is that no one can add to it. The byproduct of our determination to separate ourselves from the humility of the dirt is that we are not able to take pleasure in and witness the kindness of God and His manifold wisdom in provision. In this is pleasure. Wisdom is embedded in all that He does. We can keep sleeping and gulping down whatever culture offers, or we can wake up! We think we have evolved, but in reality we have replaced real pleasure of creating and cultivating, with idolatry and selfishness. This is the reality behind what is going on with factory bread. There is a distinct difference in taking in the complete and living foods that God has designed and those that are dehydrated, pre-digested, broken down. (I had thought the extrusion process was limited to breakfast cereals, but this toxic practice has taken over "food forms" of many kinds, making poison by manipulating poisoned, dead, disintegrated seed. In fact, mass production methods cause grain to ROB THE BODY of minerals. Without actually delivering the nourishment the body needed and instead taking it away, we ingest more and more matter because of the body's embedded ability to perceive the lack. This causes overeating, substance abuse. Tooth decay. Dehydration. This is why disintegrated substance eventually "masters" a person. This is not sober-minded. What a radical difference in effect between what God has called a Good Thing and what has been infiltrated by greed and deception. Take a minute to soak in the reality version of what this means about the Word and the church's consumption habits.

Back to the point:
If I'm just the jar...I've fermented flour in a few different vessels. The effect doesn't really change depending on the shape of the container or what you cover it with. The main thing is to know what to feed it and not let it dry out. It requires feeding, attention and cultivation.

When you bake authentic, living bread, as the heat kills the living organisms that caused the rise, it releases millions of baby spores that continue to live and feed off the energy of the grain. This means that authentic bread is alive. The microorganisms, as they feed and grow, reduce sugars further and as you eat it, the microorganisms become part of your digestive system, allowing you to recieve the full benefits of the grain. Cows have a rumen for the process of fermenting grass. We don't have a digestive system like they do, fermenting, rechewing in order to receive the full benefits of the grass. God designed the Life to do it outside of our body. But it requires time and attention.

Distance from our Source of provision has done this, blinded us to the beauty and profound realities of heaven hidden within His incredible work. Instead we are eating broken down foods, sugars that cause disease and require no effort for the chewing or assimilating. The digestive system is designed to work on things, and the fact we are constantly hungry when we eat disintegrated carbs tells us that we are allowing machines to do the work that the body needs to do. The denaturing of proteins cause them to be actually toxic. What is going on in the church is the difference between rumination and extrusion. Our sterilization and packaging of what we are calling truth has intoxicated and diseased many.

As often as you do this.
The repeating nature of hunger for both fuel and detoxification is only a reflection of the constant access to the gifts of humility and repentance. Body and blood. Get low to get free.

Real bread provides substance to cleanse the digestive system, along with the microbes. If a person isn't excreting, they are sick. If I'm not repeatedly repenting, I'm a sick woman. The fruit is obvious--anxiety, judgment, fear, discouragement, critical thoughts. What eating the Body and drinking the Blood often--frequently through the day, by ingesting the Word planted within, letting it dwell richly inside of me--naturally scrapes clean, or crucifies, all of the above. Ingesting the Word in its many living, breathing forms dislodges blockages which inhibit the "streams of Living Water flowing from within"!

It's no wonder the Church is deficient in minerals. Most of us don't actually eat the Bread enlightened by the Spirit.

Hearing the Word. Directly and ruminated vs. diluted and broken down. There is a difference, just as with bread. I go with ancient grain like I go with the Ancient of Days. There is too much pollution, contriving and manipulation that cause blockage and disease if we don't.

John 6:25-35
When they found him on the other side of the sea, they said to him, "Rabbi, when did you come here?" 26Jesus answered them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, you are seeking me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate your fill of the loaves. 27Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For on him God the Father has set his seal." 28Then they said to him, "What must we do, to be doing the works of God?" 29Jesus answered them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent." 30So they said to him, "Then what sign do you do, that we may see and believe you? What work do you perform? 31Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, 'He gave them bread from heaven to eat.'" 32Jesus then said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, it was not Moses who gave you the bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven.33For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." 34They said to him, "Sir, give us this bread always."
35Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst."

Digestion begins with tasting and chewing. Have you noticed how babies gnaw on books, and everything else that is mysterious to them? This is exactly how Bread is received.
Assimilation, strength and detoxification have increased exponentially with the inhabiting of the Word.

Truth or Tradition?

Seven years ago, our family began observing what we call Teshuah . I liked the seven letter word because it filled out my chalkboard calendar nicely. The third week in February, both in 2014 and in 2016, we were delivered out of very difficult situations. The first was a mortgage we couldn't pay for a house we couldn't afford to fix according to HOA standards and a commute we couldn't sustain. We now acknowledge that our difficulties stemmed from idolatry, coveting, and lack of discipline/wisdom. The second, a little house so full of mold that I had not been able to fully breathe in the two years we lived there, ending with a rat in the crawlspace which was only evacuated by a hot water leak that steamed up through a vent straight to the attic, condensing all that water over our belongings, which then molded. Masked, I threw out a massive portion of our baby things, crying and wondering what we should do. He provided. That's what. He moved us to the cape cod on Dellros

Power and Protection

This morning, as I thanked  יהוה ‎  for His perfect knowledge and order in knitting together the new person within my womb a scripture from Proverbs came to mind: “The Lord by wisdom founded the earth, By understanding He established the heavens.”  Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭19‬  Then this morning, the Spirit took me to Jeremiah, & I heard this echo:  “It is He who made the earth by His power, Who established the world by His wisdom; And by His understanding He has stretched out the heavens.”  Jeremiah‬ ‭10‬:‭12‬ ‭‬ As the only One competent and capable of creating the heavens and the earth, designed the human body in its completeness and all life and symbiotic relationships between every living thing, isn’t it preposterous to believe that He should need our supervision ensuring His work is good?  ““Woe to the one who quarrels with his Maker— An earthenware vessel among the vessels of earth! Will the clay say to the potter, ‘What are you doing?’ Or the thing you are making say, ‘He has no ha

contentment? It is a brilliant  gift to be a mother. I have an infant, 10 months old yesterday. She's a strong and very energetic thing; she prefers not to rest. As I sing to her and nurse her to sleep, I hear myself whisper things to her:      "You are so loved."      "You have all that you need."      "You may rest, you will not miss anything that is for you."      "I have more for you. There is more than enough for you." Not very long ago at all, I was too busy overlooking  my opportunity to be my children's imprinter. Discipler.  Their first encounter with God's love. I found out recently that it is  a yoke because it requires full attention and engagement  in order to cultivate them as Christ cultivates me. Because of His mercy, He does not shame me for my past mistakes, and yet I know  He was offering that blessing back then...but I turned it down for something I couldn't let go of. What is possibly my favorite part
